ACL ruptures suck. Anyone who has snapped the important ligament that runs through the middle of their knee would do anything to go back in time to reduce the risk of it happening in the first place. Unfortunately this injury is not uncommon.

Most local football, netball and soccer clubs have already had at least one player suffer this injury this season and surgical reconstruction rates across Australia are continuing to increase each year

Reducing the number of ACL injuries at your club is possible, and not all that difficult to do.
