Initial consultations will take up to an hour. In this appointment, a full assessment, treatment and management plan will be completed. Detailed medical history will be taken initially including what the problem is and what you expect to achieve from your rehabilitation.

Subsequent appointments will be 20 – 30 minutes and will start with checking your progress and home management program , which will then flow into reassessment and treatment.
