COVID-19 has presented us with an unprecedented challenge.  Australians are being asked to take measures that we’ve never had to before – things like cancelling travel, not going to concerts and general social distancing.

You may be wondering how this affects your physiotherapy treatment.

We have recently upgraded our in office facilities to cater to being COVID-19 Safe. Lynette our Physiotherapist and Fiona our receptionist have been fully vaccinated and they have also completed Covid 19 infection control training. Our clinic is well ventilated for infection control and we have an outdoor waiting area. We ask you to use our hand sanitiser at the front entrance before and after entering the clinic.

A face mask is to be worn before entering the clinic and please abide by social distancing.

The clinic will be closing over the Christmas and New Year period from the 20th of December to the 16th of January

We are also offering Telehealth

Telehealth uses digital technology that’s readily available on your computer or phone to receive treatment from our physio.

It is safe and effective, and our physio is trained to deliver telehealth consultations. Respiratory physiotherapy to improve lung ventilation and rehabilitation is also effective via telehealth.

Check with your private health fund as some of them are now paying for telehealth. Workcover is also offering telehealth and Medicare items now exist for certain conditions.

Our standard consultation via telehealth is on our website. If you would like to talk to us about continuing your treatment through Telehealth, please call us on 0427986109.

Medicare Team Care Arrangement Plans for Telehealth physiotherapy are now available and bulk billed.
Please call us to make a Telehealth appointment if you wish to Bulk Bill.
