Telehealth uses digital technology that’s readily available on your computer or phone to receive treatment from our physio. It is safe and effective, and our physios are trained to deliver telehealth consultations.

B.A.P Telehealth Procedure

  • Firstly, you will need to have some computer knowledge or someone that can help you with our telehealth procedure
  • You will need to have Firefox,Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on your Mac or Windows (Laptop, Computer or Smartphone 4G).
  • Video >300kbpsper stream, Audio >50kbps per stream
  • You need to have PhysiApp opened in a web browser or download the free app to your smart phone or tablet. Download the app through AppStore for iOS or Google Play for Android.
  • You will need an email address
  • We may need to email or mail you some forms for you to complete
  • Make an online booking under Lynette Pickersgill Telehealth.
  • Alternatively, call the clinic if you don’t want to make an booking using the online system.
  • When you have made a booking, you will be sent an email with an attachment which is a Step by Step On the day of your appointment
  • Reception will call you on the day of your appointment to confirm your appointment and the exact time you need to be ready for your telehealth consultation.
  • Open Physitrack and log in with your 6 digit code and click “Access your program button” (please ensure your computer is on and you are ready to go prior to your appointment time).
  • Now that you are logged on to PhysiApp, Lynette will call, when you see the screen appear press the green answer button to the right
  • Give your consent to the call
  • Make sure your volume is turned on and go to full screen
  • Lynette’s image will then appear on your screen, you be able to see and speak to each other.
