Blending scientific evidence based exercises with mat and equipment based exercises, the supervised (small groups up to three) programs are effective, always progressive, functional and fun.

This involves retraining how the brain uses the muscles in the motor or movement patterns. We use imagery, Ultrasound feedback, EMG and video feedback to assist in this learning process.
Exercise done incorrectly can be harmful and cause pain.
